For our production we are making a 45 second ident for ceebbies for use in the Christmas period which will be used between programs to break up the show and give the channel a festive feel. The ident will be targeted at babies’ toddlers and young children age 0 – 6 and being colourful and entertaining. The ident will fit with the theme of Christmas so can be used t that time of year.  The ident will shot fully in a studio all in one area on a sheet of paper. The ident will feature no actors and accompanied by unsigned festive music. We can use the music, as it is royalty free so I will not need to ask for permission to use the song. The advert will feature Play dough used to forms bits of snow, a snowman and his face and costume. Then the logo made of play dough rolls on with the snowman being the B. Due to the fact the ident has a winter themes it will have to be used in the winter season but a decision needs to be made if it is going to be used throughout winter or just Christmas. Also it needs to be discussed between what shows should it be used as you don’t want to put it before a show about summer or heat.   The ident will be filmed on digital format cameras and edited using the latest editing technology at our Dagenham editing facility. The ident Budget is subject to be discussed but will be around will be £500.
